Intellectual Property
The Service and all content, materials, and features available on or through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other proprietary information (collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of Memetech LTD, its licensors, or other content providers and are protected by intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
You acknowledge and agree that Memetech LTD and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Intellectual Property, and no ownership rights are transferred to you by virtue of this Agreement or your use of the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions provided by you to Memetech LTD regarding the Service may be used by Memetech LTD without any obligation to compensate you for such use.
You shall not engage in any activity that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Memetech LTD, its licensors, or any third party. User Content
By submitting any user-generated content on or through the Service, you grant Memetech LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in any media now known or hereafter devised for any purpose.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or control all rights in and to the user-generated content and have the right to grant the license granted above.
Your user-generated content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights.
Your user-generated content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Any errors or defects will be corrected. The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
